These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the digital products and services provided by Anlex Software Solution ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Business Overview

Anlex Software Solution is a Sri Lankan-based company specializing in:

  • Custom software development
  • Web and mobile applications
  • Point of sale systems
  • API services
  • SMS gateway integration

All products and services are delivered digitally.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals residing in Sri Lanka. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement

3. Service Engagement

Upon confirmation of a project or subscription:

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete requirements
  • You understand that work begins only after confirmation and payment

Anlex Software Solution reserves the right to accept or reject any request based on feasibility or compliance.

4. Payment Terms

  • All service fees must be paid in full before delivery or activation
  • Payments are accepted via approved online payment gateways or direct bank transfers
  • All sales are final – no refunds will be issued once payment is completed

In case of any duplicate transactions or billing errors, please contact us within 7 days.

5. Service Delivery

  • All products and services are delivered digitally
  • Delivery timelines will be communicated and mutually agreed upon prior to project initiation
  • Delays caused by incomplete client input or force majeure are not the responsibility of Anlex Software Solution

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Custom-developed software and applications remain the intellectual property of Anlex Software Solution
  • Clients are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the services as per the agreed terms

7. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Share access credentials or misuse software developed by Anlex Software Solution
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our systems

8. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver error-free digital solutions, but:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service usage is at your own risk
  • We are not responsible for losses due to client-side misconfigurations or misuse

9. Amendments to Terms

Anlex Software Solution may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms. Updated terms will always be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
