All our services and products, including but not limited to:

  • Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)
  • Website Design & Development
  • API Integration & Management
  • SMS Gateway Services
  • POS & Retail Software Systems
  • Inventory Management Software
  • Business Email Hosting
  • Customized ERP and Business Tools

Are delivered digitally and are considered non-tangible, meaning they cannot be returned once delivered or activated.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products and services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after a purchase is completed. Please ensure you review your order carefully and contact us before completing your transaction if you have any questions.

3. Exceptional Situations

In the rare event of:

  • A duplicate transaction (accidental double payment),
  • Service failure due to an error on our part (e.g., technical failure during delivery),

We may investigate the issue and offer a resolution at our sole discretion. All requests must be submitted in writing to info@anlex.lk within 7 days of the transaction.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that:

  • All requirements for the service are clearly communicated before purchase,
  • Any demo or trial services, if offered, are reviewed before committing to a paid plan.
